Abstract: 본 발명은 티타늄 제련 과정에서 발생되는 폐기물인 티타늄 석고를 재활용하여 원료 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 지반 개량 및 차수 효과가 우수한 고화재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 고화재 조성물은 일축압축강도와 투수시험 결과 기존 고화재 및 일반 포틀랜트 시멘트에 비해 지반 개량 및 차수 효과가 모래, 화강토, 점토 지반에서 모두 우수했다. 따라서, 하천의 제방 구조물 하부 지반 등의 다양한 지반에 적용할 수 있으며, 포틀랜트 시멘트량을 대폭적으로 절감할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 티타늄 제련 과정에서 발생하는 폐기물을 이용함으로써 산업 부산물을 자원화할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 고화재의 비용이 포틀랜트 시멘트 비용의 대략 83% 정도로 저렴하고, 이러한 저렴한 가격으로 기존 고화재와 동등한 강도 및 차수 효과를 얻을 수 있어 경제적이다.

Abstract: An agitating apparatus for improving ground is provided to control the rake of the air injection pipe by forming the cone-shaped cover member and increase the excavating performance by expanding the striking excavating part by the air hammer. An agitating apparatus for improving ground is composed of an auger drive connected to a crawler crane to generate power; a caking material and air supply unit; at least one agitating rod; and an excavating rod(30) excavating the ground. The excavating rod comprises an air supply pipe(32) combined at the lower part of the agitating rod; an air injection pipe(35) obliquely mounted at the lower end of the air supply pipe to inject the air; a caking material ejecting pipe(44) mounted at the center of the air supply pipe and connected to a caking material supply pipe(43) to eject the caking material; a leaf fixing member(50) combined with the rear end of the air injection pipe and the caking material ejecting pipe; a taper-shaped cover member(60) whose one end is fixed at the outer surface of the air supply pipe and other end is combined along the outer peripheral surface of the fixing member; and an excavating bit(61) mounted at the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the cover member for excavating.
