Abstract: 본 발명은 지반 개량용 교반장치에 관한 것으로 내부에 축방향으로 고결약제 공급관이 형성된 오거축의 선단에 상기 고결약제 공급관에 연이어 통하는 고결약제 분출구가 형성되고, 상기 오거축의 선단에 굴착헤드가 설치되고, 상기 오거축의 선단 부근에는 굴착날개가 설치되고, 상기 오거축의 중간에 수평 교반날개가 설치된 지반 개량용 교반장치에 있어서, 상기 굴착날개와 상기 수평 교반날개 사이의 상기 오거축에는 상기 오거축에 대하여 직각으로 회전가능하게 회전축이 설치되고, 상기 회전축의 상하부의 상기 오거축에는 상기 회전축을 둘러싸는 하우징체가 상기 오거축에 대하여 회전가능하면서도 상기 오거축에 대하여 상하로 움직이지 않도록 설치되되 상기 회전축이 상기 오거축의 반경방향 외측으로 이동하지 않도록 하면서 상기 회전축의 중간부를 회전가능하게 지지하도록 설치되고, 상기 회전축의 중간부는 상기 회전축과 상기 하우징체의 상측 단부 사이의 상기 오거축에 베벨기어에 의해 연결되고, 상기 회전축의 말단부에는 직각으로 수직 교반날개가 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A stirrer for the ground improvement is provided to stir soils and solidifier well with large torque by connecting a rotary shaft fixed with a vertical stirring wing against an auger shaft using a bevel gear. CONSTITUTION: The stirrer for the ground improvement contains a solidifier exhaust nozzle formed on the front of an auger shaft(10) provided with a solidifier supply pipe, an excavating head installed to the front of the auger shaft(10), an excavating wing installed on the front of the auger shaft(10), a horizontal stirring wing(30) to the middle of the auger shaft(10), a rotary shaft(40) installed to the auger shaft(10) between the excavating wing and the horizontal stirring wing(30) to be rotated perpendicularly against the auger shaft(10), a housing(50) installed on the auger shaft(10) of the upper and lower parts of the rotary shaft(40) to surround the rotary shaft(40) to be rotated possibly against the auger shaft(10) and not to be moved vertically against the auger shaft(10), a bevel gear(60) connecting the intermediate of the rotary shaft(40) to the auger shaft(10) between the rotary shaft(40) and the upper end of the housing(50), and a vertical stirring wing(70) fixed perpendicularly to the end of the rotary shaft(40).
