Abstract: 본 발명은 원료가 저장된 호퍼(2), 호퍼(2)의 일측에 구비되어 저장되어 있는 원료가 배출되는 원료 배출구(20), 상기 배출구(20)에 이웃하게 설치되며 적어도 상기 배출구(20)의 직경보다 작은 크기를 갖는 구멍(12)이 적어도 하나 이상 구비되며 회전에 의하여 상기 구멍(12)이 상기 배출구(20)의 중심에 일치할 수 있도록 하는 회전판(4), 상기 회전판(4)에 연결설치되어 회전판(4)을 회전시키는 구동부(10), 상기 회전판(4)에 이웃하도록 설치되어 상기 배출구(20) 및 구멍(10)을 통과한 원료가 유입되는 유입구(22) 및 상기 유입구(22)에 연결설치된 용융기(6)를 포함하는 원료 공급장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 종래의 장치에서 발생하는 원료에 의하여 공급통로가 막히는 현상을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 냉각매체를 이용하여 통로를 냉각시키는 부수적인 냉각장치를 필요로 하지 않는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 폐타이어, 폐플라스틱 등의 폐고분자화합물을 열분해부로 유입시키는 폐기물공급부(10), 상기 폐기물공급부(10)의 일측에 연결설치되어 유입된 고분자화합물을 열분해시키는 열분해부(30), 상기 열분해부(30)의 일측에 연결설치되어 상기 열분해부(30)로부터 발생한 분해가스를 초음파 처리하는 초음파 처리부(54), 상기 초음파 처리부(54)의 일측에 연결설치되어 상기 초음파 처리부(54)를 통과한 분해가스를 응축시키는 회수부(50)를 포함하는 열분해 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 반응기에서 열분해된 분해가스를 초음파 처리함으로써 폐기물의 이동을 원활히 하고, 회수율을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라 반응기의 가열면적을 최대화하여 에너지 손실을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pyrolizing device using ultrasonic waves and uses thereof are provided to enable decomposed gas produced by pyrolysis performed by a reactor to be treated with ultrasonic waves, thereby promoting movement of wastes, increasing a recovery efficiency of reclaimable wastes, and reducing energy consumption by maximizing a heated area of the reactor. CONSTITUTION: The pyrolizing device comprises a waste supply portion(10) for inducing waste polymeric compounds; a pyrolizing portion(30) connected to an end of the waste supply portion(10) and pyrolizing the induced waste polymeric compounds; an ultrasonic treatment portion(54) connected to an end of the waste supply portion(10) and performing ultrasonic treatment on decomposed gas generated from the pyrolizing portion(30); and a withdrawal portion(50) connected to an end of the ultrasonic treatment portion(54) and condensing the decomposed gas having passed the ultrasonic treatment portion(54).
