Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for reducing the front and rear part of fracture at corner of a lower jawbone by means of approaching the fractured part at corner of the lower jawbone in a mouth with a forceps. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: forming pressing points(18,19) on the outside of the front fractured part(13) and on the inside or the upside of the rear fractured part(15); pressing the couple of the pressing points(18,19) in the faced direction along a virtual line connected between the pressing points(18,19) and passed through the cross section of the fractured part(11). Further, the method is performed by using the forceps includes bent parts for being inserted into the pressing points(coupling holes)(18,19).

Abstract: PURPOSE: An alveolus bone dilator is provided for dilating alveolus bone without grafting bones of other regions in body and/or artificial bones. A method for dilating alveolus bone is accomplished by using the dilator. CONSTITUTION: An alveolus bone dilator comprises a bolt member (8) having screw threads (6) around its periphery part and inserted into an incised part (14). Also, the dilator is cone-shaped and has a diameter gradually narrowed along the front end. The bolt member has a wedge member screwed onto the outer side and moving forward and backward depending the rotation of bolt. When rotating and progressing the wedge member into the incised part, the incised part is gradually widen by an inclined side (11) around the wedge member to increase the width of alveolus bone. The wedge member may have a head part or groove for inserting an additional extension tool.
