본 발명은 지방족 폴리카보네이트 중합용 촉매의 제조 방법 및 이를 사용한 지방족 폴리카보네이트의 중합 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 촉매의 제조 방법은 디카르복실산 전구체와 아연 전구체를 가압 조건 하에서 산화 반응시키는 공정을 포함한다. 상기 방법으로 제조된 촉매는 단결정 형태로써, 촉매 활성이 높다. 또한 본 발명의 촉매 제조 방법은 기존의 촉매 제조시 사용하던 유기 용매 대신에 물을 사용하여 제조 공정의 환경 친화성을 높일 수 있어, 산업적 응용과 함께 이산화탄소에 의한 대기오염 및 기후 변화 현상을 억제시킬 수 있는 지방족 폴리카보네이프의 공중합용 촉매를 높은 효율과 청정 방법으로 제조할 수 있다. 폴리카보네이트,촉매,공중합,단결정

PURPOSE: Provided are a low dielectric material, which can be used for preparing an extremely low dielectric thin film and contains an organosilane and silicon oxide aerogel, and a process for producing the low dielectric material. CONSTITUTION: The low dielectric material is produced by a sol-gel reaction of the organosilane, the silicon oxide aerogel, and a tetraalkoxysilane, wherein the weight ratio of the organosilane and the silicon oxide aerogel is 99:1-1:99. And the organosilane is selected from the group consisting of 3-acryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane, 3-acryloxypropyl methylmethoxysilane, 3-glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxysilane, and etc.

PURPOSE: A prism coupler device and a method for controlling the same are provided to measure the thickness and refraction rate in the range from below 1 micro m to 15 micro m in a simple manner without any destruction by using laser beams and optical parts. CONSTITUTION: A prism coupler device includes a light source(20) for projecting helium-neon laser beams with main wavelength of 632.8nm, a polarizer(21) for making the polarization state of the light source to TE or TM mode, a beam splitter(22) and an orifice(23) mounted between the polarizer and a prism(10) for assigning a zero point of synchronous angles, a rotary stage(26) to be driven for changing the synchronous angle, a controller(27) for driving a micro step motor, an input/output interface(28) for the telecommunication between a computer(29) and the controller, the computer for controlling the previous operations entirely, and an ADC board interposed between a detector(25') connected to the beam splitter and the computer.

PURPOSE: Provided are a poly(alkylene carbonate-delta-valerolactone) copolymer having excellent biodegradability and a process for producing the copolymer by using carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The poly(alkylene carbonate-delta-valerolactone) copolymer represented by the formula 1 is produced by terpolymerizing the carbon dioxide, alkylene oxide, and delta-valerolactone in the presence of a catalyst, wherein the catalyst is zinc glutarate. The poly(alkylene carbonate-delta-valerolactone) copolymer has a molecular weight of 1,000-2,000,000. In the formula, -O-A- is an open ring type structure of alkylene oxide selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, 1-butene oxide, 1,1-dimethylethylene oxide, and etc., x and y are each integers of less than 2,000, n is an integer, wherein n=(z-x-y), and z is an integer of less than 20,000.

PURPOSE: Provided is a soluble polyanthranilic acid-based polymer, which is soluble in a water solution and an organic solvent, therefore, which can be used as a coating material for steel plates instead of a chromate coating material. CONSTITUTION: The soluble polyanthranilic acid-based polymer is produced by a process comprising the steps of: mixing anthranilic acid(formula 1) and aniline in the mol% ratio of 1:99-100:0 and dissolving the mixture in an acid solvent at 10-50deg.C; adding an oxidizing agent, dissolved in the acid solvent, to the solution in the molar ratio of 1:5-5:1 at 10-50deg.C and a flow rate of 0.01-10ml/min; performing polymerization at 10-50deg.C and vacuum-drying at 10-100deg.C; adding the dried resultant to a doping solution such as sulfuric acid and stirring for more than 24 hours and then vacuum-drying at 10-100deg.C. The produced soluble polyanthranilic acid-based polymer has a molecular weight of 1,000-2,500,000.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing a polyester copolymer resin for laminate film and a polyester copolymer resin having a sulfonic acid group in a main chain is provided which produces the title compound by controlling the content of diethylene glycol units generated as a side reaction in the manufacture of polyester. CONSTITUTION: A resin is prepared by (a) reacting terephthalic acid derivatives of formula 1, ethylene glycol of formula : HOCH2CH2OH and 5-sulfoisophthalic acid derivatives of formula 3 in the presence of metal acetate at 180 to 205°C, (b) polycondensing the reactant in the presence of metal acetate at 205 to 280°C under reduced pressure of from 100 to 10 torr for about 1 hr, (c) polycondensing at 280°C at a pressure of 1 to 2 torr. In formula, R1,R2 are each independently H or C1-C10 alkyl, M+ is selected from alkali metal ions containing Li+, Na+ or K+. The polymer resin has improved processability and does not cause the problems of environmental pollution.
