조립 설치된 단열재와 합성연결재를 현장에 세팅된 갱폼과 유로폼 사이에 폼타이를 이용하여 배치하고 콘크리트와 모르타르를 타설하여 중단열벽체를 시공하되 합성연결재가 형성된 단열재와 내부 콘크리트벽체를 먼저 시공하고 후공정으로 모르타르층으로 단열재 표면을 마감시키는 현장 중단열벽체 시공방법에 관한 것으로서 상기 폼타이는 강재 및/또는 FRP 재질로 제작된 것을 이용하여 열교현상을 방지하면서도 휨 강도가 큰 중단열 벽체시공이 가능하게 된다.

The present invention relates to a composite construction method for an insulation sandwich panel wall and an internal insulation wall to prevent condensation by preventing thermal bridge generated when a wall is constructed by the composition of an insulation sandwich panel and an internal insulation wall. The present invention efficiently prevents condensation by connecting an insulation material for a continuous insulation sandwich panel to an insulation material for an internal insulation structure.

Provided are an insulated sandwich wall panel system having a support member for preventing bending of a plate and a constructing method of the same. The insulated sandwich wall panel system increase settlement power of the support member of the insulated sandwich wall panel system by including a support member for preventing bending of a plate which can prevent bending of an anchor plate and increase an effective length of the anchor plate when the anchor plate is welded to an anchor bolt and is buried in or bonded to an interior concrete panel of an insulated outer wall system. The insulated sandwich wall panel system having the support member for preventing bending of a plate comprises an outer concrete panel arranged outside a building; an inner concrete panel arranged inside the building; an insulator bonded between the outer concrete panel and the inner concrete panel for insulation; and a support member for preventing bending of a plate which prevents bending of the anchor plate by being fastened with an anchor plate after the anchor plate to be welded to an anchor bolt, is buried in or bonded to the inner concrete pane. The support member for preventing bending of the plate increases an effective depth of the anchor plate in order to increase settlement power.

PURPOSE: A concrete composite wall construction method is provided to improve construction ability by finishing a sandwich wall panel with mortar using a soft gang form. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composite wall construction method comprises the following steps: installing an euro form(210) and a gang form(220) to the external wall of a building; pre-assembling and installing an insulator(110) and a composite connecting material(120) between the euro form and gang form; forming an internal concrete(C) wall(140) by pouring concrete between the euro form and insulator in advance; and finishing the surface of the insulator with a mortar layer(130) by using a soft gang form(230).

Disclosed is a construction method for insulated concrete sandwich panels to be placed at a construction field, which facilitates construction of insulated concrete sandwich panels by installing insulation materials between a gang form and a euro form, by depositing concrete among the insulation materials, the gang form, and the euro form. The method can prevent the insulation materials from being transformed, being transferred, and being damaged due to the lateral pressure caused by the deposition of concrete. A reinforcing plate made of a bent steel plate is embedded and a synthetic form tie is penetrated into the insulation materials with the reinforcing plate. Therefore, the transformation, transfer, and damage of the insulation materials assembled with each other, which is caused by the lateral pressure resulting from the deposition of concrete, can be prevented.

PURPOSE: A cast-in-place sandwich wall panel using a re-bar assembly body with a horizontal bending part and a construction method thereof are provided to place and compact concrete by changing the shape of a re-bar assembly body without expanding a space for placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A re-bar assembly body with a horizontal bending part is formed with a vertical re-bar (510) arranged with a plurality of horizontal bending parts (A) to be vertically separated from each other. A horizontal part is formed with horizontal ends (A1, A2) by extending the vertical re-bar in one horizontal direction, bending the vertical re-bar for 180 degrees, allowing the vertical re-bar to bypass the central line (C1) of the vertical re-bar, and extending the vertical re-bar in the other horizontal direction. One horizontal end of the horizontal bending part is protruding more than the other end to biasedly place a re-bar assembly body.

단열재를 현장에 세팅된 갱폼과 유로폼 사이에 설치하되, 상기 단열재와 갱폼과 유로폼 사이에 콘크리트를 타설하여 중단열 벽체를 시공할 수 있도록 한 현장타설형 중단열벽체 시공방법에 있어서, 콘크리트 타설에 의한 측압으로 인한 상기 단열재의 변형, 이동 및 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 현장타설형 중단열 벽체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서 단열재는 절곡된 강판으로 형성되는 보강판이 매립 설치되도록 하며 상기 보강판이 형성된 단열재를 합성 폼타이가 관통되도록 하여, 상기 콘크리트 타설에 의한 측압에 의하여 서로 조립 설치된 단열재의 변형, 이동 또는 손상되지 않도록 하게 된다.
