Abstract: PURPOSE: A timber frame lightweight wall using a middle lintel and a construction method thereof are provided to obtain fire resistance performance and sound insulation performance of the timber frame lightweight wall. CONSTITUTION: A timber frame lightweight wall(100) using a middle lintel(130) comprises an upper timber frame(110), a lower timber frame(120), the middle lintel, both fire resistance boards(140), and an insulation material. The upper timer frame is formed in a square frame shape using wall girders(111,112) and a stud(113). The lower timber frame is formed in a square frame shape using the wall girders(121,122) and the stud(123). The middle lintel is connected between the upper part and the lower part of the upper and lower timber frames and is installed in order to individually classify the upper and lower timber frames. Both fire resistance boards are installed on the front surface and the rear surface of the middle lintel and the upper and lower timber frames. The insulation material is inserted between the fire resistance boards and studs.

Abstract: A natural wood fire door is provided to replace both sides of a fire door with a natural wood, and to fill a material good for a human inside the door to maintain fresh indoor environment. Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a cement construction material produced by vacuum extrusion which contains a little or no asbestos, thereby being not toxic to human bodies and which is excellent in price and productivity. Also, the method for producing the cement construction material is provided. CONSTITUTION: The cement construction material is produced by extruding a mixture of cement composition for construction material containing cellulose fibers, sepiolite and polypropylene fibers instead of asbestos. Thus, the cement composition for construction material comprises 50 to 65 wt% of cement, 30 to 40 wt% of silica, 0.5 to 1.0 wt% of a plasticizer, 1.5 to 3.0 wt% of cellulose fibers, 0 to 3.0 wt% of sepiolite, 0.1 to 0.15 wt% of polypropylene and 23 to 30 wt% of water. The formation of the cement construction material is carried out by (S200) decomposing cellulose fibers; (S210) adding cement, silica, a plasticizer, sepiolite and polypropylene to the decomposed cellulose; (S220) mixing the mixture in a dry mixer; (S230) mixing the mixture with water; (S240) extruding the wet mixture in an extruder as a construction material; (S250) steam-curing the extruded body; (S260) curing the extruded boy in an autoclave; and (S270) subjecting the product to a final processing and test.
