Abstract: The present invention may include an over window that has a cover structure in which an outer side portion protrudes, the over window being provided with an outer side mold structure capable of covering an existing window thereabove; an insulation unit that is provided with an insulation pad which is provided in a windowsill of the existing window, supports the over window, and exercises an insulation effect; an outdoor side finishing section covering the over window and an outdoor side surface of the existing window at the same time and which is provided with an over insulation material that is provided on an outdoor side surface of the over window and prevents external heat penetration, a protruding cover structure that is provided outside the over insulation material, has one surface open, and covers the over insulation material, a backup agent that is inserted into the one open surface of the protruding cover structure and protects the over insulation material, and a sealant that is provided on one surface of the backup agent and seals one open surface of the cover; and an indoor side finishing section provided with a finishing member that covers the existing window and an indoor side surface of the over window at the same time, a coupling protrusion that is provided on an indoor side surface of the over window and is coupled with the finishing member, and a coupling member that is provided on an indoor side surface of the existing window and is coupled with the finishing member.
