Abstract: PURPOSE: A retaining wall and soft ground improvement drain block using waste tires is provided not to damage a natural view without using natural aggregate such as sand and crushed stones, to minimize an influence to a structure by tamping and to protect a retaining wall by draining water rapidly. CONSTITUTION: In a retaining wall and soft ground improvement drain block used as materials of construction by recycling waste tires, a drain block(4) having many voids is formed by crushing waste tires in a chip shape, mixing waste tire chips(2) with an adhesive, then adhering. Wherein the drain block(4) comprises a hook groove(5) formed on the upper part, an upper hook(6a) projected inward from the hook groove(5), a lower hook(6c) projected downward from the lower side of the drain block(4) and a connecting hook(6) is formed to an extension part(6b) interposed in the drain block(4) to connect the upper hook(6a) and the lower hook(6c).

Abstract translation: 目的：使用废轮胎的挡土墙和软的地面改善排水块不会损坏自然景观，而不使用天然骨料（如沙子和碎石），通过捣实减少对结构的影响，并通过排水来保护挡土墙 水迅速。 构成：在通过回收废轮胎作为结构材料的挡土墙和软土地面改善排水块中，通过将废轮胎破碎成片状形成具有许多空隙的排水块（4），将废轮胎碎片（2）与 粘合剂，然后粘附。 其中排水块（4）包括形成在上部的钩槽（5），从钩槽（5）向内突出的上钩（6a），从钩槽（5）的下侧向下突出的下钩 排水块（4）和连接钩（6）形成在插入排水块（4）中以连接上钩（6a）和下钩（6c）的延伸部分（6b）上。
