Abstract:
PURPOSE: A material composition for high-fluidity non-separable in-water concrete and a manufacturing method of the high fluidity non-separable in-water concrete using the same are provided to obtain high-fluidity by harmonizing pozzolan reaction and mobility enhancement effects. CONSTITUTION: A material composition for high-fluidity non-separable in-water concrete comprises high fluidity non-separable in-water concrete binder, sand and coarse aggregate. The binder is composed of 60-80 wt% of cement and 20-60 wt% of blast furnace slag. 5-20 wt% of the fine aggregate is partially replaced by silica having a particle size of less than 0.5mm. A manufacturing method of the high fluidity non-separable in-water concrete comprises the following steps: preparing water having a unit water content in concrete of 180-205kg/m^3 for concrete(1m^3); mixing 35-55 wt% of water-binder ratio by using the high fluidity non-separable in-water concrete binder; mixing 1-5 wt% of poly carboxylic acid based high range water reducing admixture based on the content of the used binder; mixing 0.9-1.2 wt% of non-separable in-water admixture based on content of the used unit quantity; preparing 30-50 wt% of the fine aggregate and coarse aggregate; and mixing the aggregates.
