Abstract: PURPOSE: A biaxial mixer for mixing concrete equipped with a washing water discharge apparatus is provided to discharge a large amount of washing water by opening a bottom discharge door and discharge washing water remaining in a mixing space rapidly through a end part discharge hole by opening a end part discharge door equipped with the second end part of a biaxial mixer at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A biaxial mixer for mixing concrete equipped with a washing water discharge apparatus includes a mixing tub having two cylindrical shapes. The mixing tub is horizontally arranged in a shape forming one mixing space in a line and arranges a mixer axis(20) equipped with multiple mixer tips(21) in each mixing tub. A bottom central part is equipped with a bottom discharge door which opens and closes. One end part of a length direction equips with a first flexible ascending/descending part(30) ascending and descending a biaxial mixer(1). The second end part of a length direction equips with an end part discharge door(15) opening and closing in the mixing tub. Washing water which washes the inside of a mixing space after the completion of mixing and discharges through a bottom discharge hole formed by opening a bottom discharge door. Residual washing water remaining in the bottom of a mixing tub is discharged by inclining a biaxial mixer downward in a direction of a second end part by extending of a first flexible ascending/descending part and opening the end part discharge door. Washing water is discharged through an end part discharge hole by flowing to the end part discharge hole formed by opening the end part discharge door.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A form apparatus and a method for steam curing cast-in-place connection concrete are provided to efficiently steam cure connection concrete in a connection space between precast blocks, thereby firmly connecting the precast blocks. CONSTITUTION: A form apparatus for steam curing cast-in-place connection concrete includes a sheathing board, a vertical fixing bar, a lower steam curing part, and an upper steam curing part. The sheathing board closes the lower side of a connection space between both precast blocks(10) in order to place the connection concrete(20). The sheathing board is suspended from a sheathing board fixing frame by the vertical fixing bar. The lower steam curing part has a lower steam pipe(3b) and a lower curing cover(4b), and steam cures the lower side of the connection concrete. The upper steam curing part has an upper steam pipe(3a) and an upper curing cover(4a), and steam cures the upper side of the connection concrete placed in the upper side of the sheathing board.

Abstract: 본 발명은 프리캐스트 블록을 연결하여 전체 콘크리트 구조물을 형성하기 위하여 프리캐스트 블록 간의 연결부에 현장에서 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생시킴에 있어서, 양생과정 동안에 거푸집의 지지를 위한 동바리 등을 설치하여 유지할 필요가 없도록 함과 동시에, 연결부에 현장 타설된 연결콘크리트를 효율적으로 증기양생시킬 수 있도록 하는 새로운 방식의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 블록의 현장타설 연결콘크리트 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 연결공간(14)을 가로질러서 거푸집판 고정프레임(1)을 설치하고, 고정연직봉(201)을 이용하여 거푸집판(2)을 매달은 상태에서, 상기 거푸집판(2) 위로 연결콘크리트(20)를 타설하며, 거푸집판(2) 등을 제거한 후, 연결콘크리트(20)에 두께 방향으로 관통형성되는 통과구멍(21)에 상기 연직단부(32)가 연통되도록, 양생용 증기파이프(3)를 연결콘크리트(20)의 상면 및 하면에 각각 설치하고, 돔 형상의 양생덮개를 상기 연결콘크리트(20)에 덮어씌워서 증기를 연직단부(32)로 주입하여 연결콘크리트(20)의 상면 및 하면에 설치된 양생덮개 내에 증기가 채워지게 하여 연결콘크리트(20)를 증기양생시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 블록 사이의 연결콘크리트 시공방법이 제공된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A connection concrete construction method between precast concrete blocks is provided to stably connect the precast concrete blocks by efficiently curing connection concrete in a connection unit of the precast concrete blocks with steam. CONSTITUTION: A mold plate fixing frame is installed by crossing connection spaces between precast concrete blocks(10) which are adjacent to each other. A mold plate is hung by a fixing vertical rod, and connection concrete is placed on the mold plate. The mold plate, the fixing vertical rod, and the mold plate fixing frame are removed after connection concrete is cured. A curing steam pipe is installed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the connection concrete, and a dome-shaped curing cover covers the connection concrete. Steam is injected into the vertical end of the curing steam pipe, and fills the inside of the curing cover in order to cure the connection concrete.
