본 발명은 회전 운동하는 내측 드럼과 외측 드럼의 이중 구조로 이루어져 골재를 외측 드럼에서 내측 드럼으로 전달하면서 이중으로 가열하여 건조할 수 있도록 한 골재 건조용 이중 구조 드라이어에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 골재 건조용 이중 구조 드라이어는, 전단부에 골재가 투입되는 투입구가 형성되어 있는 외측 드럼과; 상기 외측 드럼 내부에 외측 드럼과 동축 상으로 설치되어 외측 드럼과 함께 회전 운동하도록 설치되며, 후단부에 상기 외측 드럼에서 낙하한 골재가 유입되도록 전달통로가 개방되게 형성되고, 전단부에 골재가 배출되는 배출통로가 형성되어 있는 내측 드럼과; 상기 외측 드럼의 후단부에 설치되어, 외측 드럼의 후단부로 이동한 골재를 퍼올려서 상부에서 골재를 낙하시키는 골재상승부재와; 상기 외측 드럼을 회전시키는 구동수단과; 상기 외측 드럼 및 내측 드럼의 골재를 가열하는 가열수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 유리섬유 복합 보강재료와 이를 이용한 아스팔트 혼합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 경제적이면서 우수한 물리적인 특성을 가지는 유리섬유 파분을 펠렛 또는 입자 형태로 한 파분 보강재와, 여러 가닥의 유리섬유를 폴리프로필렌 수지로 코팅하여 다발형으로 만든 섬유 보강재를 혼합한 구성으로 제작하여 가열 아스팔트혼합물에 첨가함으로써, 간편하게 현장 플랜트에서 투입이 가능하며, 생산된 가열 아스팔트 혼합물 내에서 섬유의 뭉침 현상을 방지하여 아스팔트의 성능을 개선할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced hot asphalt mixture is provided to increase an engagement tension between aggregates of the hot asphalt mixture and to induce a bridge effect by uniformly mixing thermoplastic PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate) fibers. CONSTITUTION: A fiber reinforced hot asphalt mixture(1) comprises a plurality of PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate) fibers(2). The PET fibers has a melting point of 250-260°C, a tensile strength of 2,500-10,000kgf/cm, a tensile elongation of 10-20%, a coefficient of elasticity of 30,000-300,000kgf/cm, and a specific gravity of 0.80-0.95. The PET fibers have a thickness of 0.3-0.5mm, a length of 25-30mm, and a width of 0.8-1.1mm. The PET fibers are mixed at a ratio of 0.2-0.8wt%. A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced hot asphalt mixture comprises the steps of: packing a plurality of PET fibers with a polymer packing material having a melting point of 130°C or less to prepare PET fiber bundles; putting the PET fiber bundles into a plant mixer along with an aggregate to perform dry-tempering; and putting an asphalt binder into the plant mixer and mixing the PET fibers and the aggregate to the asphalt binder through a heating process. In the third step, a temperature for the heating is higher than the melting point of the polymer packing material of the PET fiber bundles.

PURPOSE: Asphalt having a self-healing function using a magnetic field and a crack repairing method thereof are provided to improve adhesion capability of an asphalt binder by heating a conductive fiber material in a cracked part by mixing conductive fibers heated by magnetic field inside the asphalt. CONSTITUTION: Asphalt having self-healing function contains a plurality of conductive fiber materials(2). Cracks are removed by inducing and heating the conductive fiber material by high frequency magnetic field. An emulsifier(3) is coated on the external surface of the conductive fiber body. A graphite-based reinforcing fiber material is mixed into the conductive fiber material. The magnetic field generator(5) generating high frequency magnetic field approaches the surface of the asphalt mixture and the conductive fiber material in the asphalt mixture is heated. The present invention relates to a thermoplastic high impact polystyrene (HIPS) polymer and a dimethyl phenol (DMP) modified asphalt binder and a method for manufacturing the same by mixing asphalt with a modifier containing HIPS and DMP. PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of carpet-type asphalt concrete is provided to manufacture an asphalt concrete mixture in a reelable form by mixing a modified asphalt binder, which is made of an epoxy resin, an asphalt binder, glass fiber scraps and waste tire powder, with aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carpet-type asphalt concrete(1) comprises the steps of: (A) mixing an epoxy resin with an asphalt binder at a temperature equal to or less than a predetermined temperature; (B) preparing a modified asphalt binder by mixing the asphalt binder mixed with the epoxy resin with glass fiber scraps and a waste tire powder; (C) mixing the modified asphalt binder with an aggregate; (D) tramping and curing the mixture of the modified asphalt binder and the aggregate in a rectangular mold frame. In step (A), a temperature for the mixing is 80°C or less. In step (A), a ratio of a main agent and a curing agent of the epoxy resin is 1:1. In step (B), a weight of the waste tire powder is 5 to 10 wt% based on a weight of the aggregate, and a weight of the glass fiber scraps is 3 to 5 wt% based on a weight of the aggregate.
