Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a food freshness indicator containing paraffin of which phase is changed according to temperature, therefore, a consumer can distinguish freshness of food with the naked eye. CONSTITUTION: The food freshness indicator comprises: a main body of which the surface is coated; a paraffin storing part, which is a hard transparent cap formed of convex vinyl film and has the paraffin therein; a sharp tip connected with the paraffin storing part and having a hole to flow out the liquid-phase paraffin; a visible part by means of absorbing the liquid-phase paraffin. The paraffin is n-tetradecane causing phase change at 5deg.C or n-tridecane causing phase change at 10deg.C.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有根据温度变化相的石蜡的食品新鲜度指标，因此消费者可以用肉眼区分食物的新鲜度。 构成：食物新鲜度指示器包括：其表面被涂覆的主体; 石蜡收纳部，是由凸状的乙烯基薄膜形成的硬质透明的盖，其中含有石蜡; 与石蜡储存部连接并具有用于流出液相石蜡的孔的尖端; 通过吸收液相石蜡的可见部分。 石蜡是在5℃引起相变的正十四烷或在十摄氏度下引起相变的正十三烷。
