    Abstract: A method and apparatus for enriching anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria continuously are provided to significantly reduce the growth time of anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria, so that the initial operation time of wastewater treatment process is reduced. The method for enriching anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria continuously comprises the steps of: introducing the culture medium into an upflow reactor having anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria and anaerobic granular sludge and culturing the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria(S1); introducing the total or a part of the releasing water from the upflow reactor into loss-preventing culture vessel of the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria which is packed with nonwoven fabrics having the positive charge, and culturing the anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria(S2); and introducing the releasing water from the culture vessel into the reactor of the step(S1), wherein the retention time of solids in the upflow reactor is 50 days or more. The apparatus for enriching anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria continuously comprises the upflow reactor(10) and the loss-preventing culture vessel of anaerobic ammonium-oxidizing bacteria(20).
