Abstract: PURPOSE: A guidance system and a guidance method of fiber filament are provided which can lead spun fiber filament without dispersion and damage. CONSTITUTION: The guidance system is comprised of: an adapter controlling direction and speed of flow being coagulating solution; and a pump circulating and feeding the coagulating solution. The guidance method is comprised of: (a)discharging the fed coagulating solution through a nozzle or a split to a spreading funnel; (b) leading the coagulating solution and the fiber filament to a leading funnel by the discharge; and then (c)discharging the leaded coagulating solution and the leaded fiber filament through the spreading funnel at the lower speed than the (a) step.

Abstract: 본 발명은 트리클로로에틸렌(TCE)와 불화수소(HF)를 출발물질로 하여 중간생성물인 HCFC-l33a를 거쳐 HFC-l34a를 제조할 때, HCFC-l33a 제조반응기에서 제조된 반응혼합물 중의 미반응 TCE를 TCE제거반응기에서 HF와 반응시켜 HCFC-l33a로 만든 후, 이것을 HFC-l34a 제조 반응기로 공급하고, 이 HFC-l34a 제조반응기 유출물에 TCE를 혼합하여 상기 HCFC-133a 제조반응기로 공급하는 것으로 이루어지는 순환적 HFC-l34a 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: The 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(HFC-134a) is made by; (a) separating hydrogen chloride and HFC-134a from HCFC-133a obtained by the reaction of trichloroethylene(TCE) and hydrogen fluorine(HF) in a reactor for 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-chloroethane(HCFC-133a); (b) producing HCFC-133a by the reaction of the remaining, unreacted TCE and HF; (c) making HFC-134a by the reaction of HCFC-133a and HF in the reactor for HFC-134a; (d) recycling the mixture of the efflux from the HFC-134a reactor and TCE to the reactor for HCFC-133a.
Abstract translation: 1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(HFC-134a)由以下制成: (a)在1,1,1-三氟-2-氯乙烷(HCFC-133a)的反应器中通过三氯乙烯(TCE)和氢氟(HF)的反应得到的HCFC-133a分离氯化氢和HFC-134a; (b)通过剩余的未反应的TCE和HF的反应生产HCFC-133a; (c)通过HFC-134a反应器中HCFC-133a和HF的反应制备HFC-134a; (d)将来自HFC-134a反应器和TCE的流出物的混合物再循环到HCFC-133a的反应器中。
