Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for simultaneously analyzing cigarette ingredients and metabolites in urine is provided to analyzing material at once and easily check smoking-associated diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously analyzing cigarette ingredients and metabolites in urine comprises: a process of extracting analysate from urine in a solid phase; a process of isolating the extracted material by liquid chromatography; and a process of analyzing the concentration of metabolite and cigarette ingredients by mass spectrometry. The cigarette ingredient and metabolite are nicotine, metabolite thereof, NNK(4-(Methylnitro samino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone) or metabolite thereof. The analysis process is performed by qualification in MRM(Multiple Reaction Monitoring).

Abstract translation: 目的：同时分析尿液中烟草成分和代谢物的方法，一次性分析材料，轻松检查吸烟相关疾病。 构成：同时分析尿中的香烟成分和代谢物的方法包括：从固体相中提取尿液的方法; 通过液相色谱分离萃取物的方法; 以及通过质谱分析代谢物和香烟成分浓度的过程。 香烟成分和代谢物是尼古丁，其代谢物，NNK（4-（甲基硝基氨基）-1-（3-吡啶基）-1-丁酮）或其代谢物。 分析过程通过MRM（多反应监测）中的资格进行。
