Abstract: 본 발명은 미세채널이 형성되어 있는 마이크로플루이딕 칩을 세척하기 위한 세척 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 장치는 세척하고자 하는 마이크로플루이딕 칩을 안치시키는 칩 고정부, 및 세척수의 유로(flow path)를 적절히 분배하는 유로 제어기를 포함한다. 본 발명에서 상기 유로 제어기는 세척수가 흐르는 유로를 적절히 제어할 수 있어서, 원하는 위치의 채널을 세척하거나 이미 형성된 오염을 용이하게 제거할 수 있다.

Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning a microfluidic chip having microchannels is provided to prevent the microfluidic chip from being contaminated by particles, by forming an intensive flow on microchannels of a lab-on-a-chip for electrophoresis by the pressure difference of a flow pump and removing particles from microchannels by the intensive flow. An apparatus for cleaning a microfluidic chip(9) having microchannels, comprises a chip fixing unit where the microfluidic chip is loaded; a flow path controller for flowing washing water to the chip fixing unit; and a pump for introducing washing water to the flow path controller. The chip fixing unit includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate, wherein the lower substrate has a groove in which the microfluidic chip is loaded. The upper substrate has a channel connection path for connecting an inlet port or an outlet port of microchannels formed at the microfluidic chip to the outside of the chip fixing unit, so that washing water flows between the outside of the chip fixing unit and the microchannels.
