Abstract: The septic tank (1) consists of the first settling and separation chamber (2) to settle and separate dung waste water ; the aerating chamber (3) to accelerate the biological decomposition of organics by continuously supplying air ; and the second settling chamber (4) to settle solids and remove organics by decomposition. Baffles (7) are placed to be protruded from the side part right under the inlet pipe (5) for waste water in the first settling and separation chamber (2). A separator (10) is placed between the first settling and separation chamber (2) and the aerating chamber (3).
