Abstract: PURPOSE: A substrate baking pressure device and a method for pressurizing a substrate are provided to flatly bake a substrate formed from powder as a starting material without bending and smoothly remove a binder contained in a substrate forming body. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a pair of bearing plates(14) provided with a plurality of substrates(10) vertically arranged therebetween; a plurality of spacers(12) provided between the substrates(10); a pair of pressure plates(20) provided with the pair of bearing plates(14) surrounding the plurality of substrates(10) and the plurality of spacers(12) located therebetween; and a pressure applying unit(24,26,28) for applying a pressure to the pair of pressure plates(20) in a mutually approaching direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ceramic substrate for radiating effectively heat and a fabricating method thereof are provided to radiate effectively the heat from the ceramic substrate to the outside by forming a heat transfer path with materials having high thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic substrate for radiating effectively heat includes a plurality of insulating ceramic thick layers and a laminated ceramic substrate. The laminated ceramic substrate(30) is formed by laminating the insulating ceramic thick layers(10). A plurality of ceramic thick layers(20) having heat transfer paths are formed by printing materials having high thermal conductivity on one or more layers of the insulating ceramic thick layers. The heat transfer path is formed to one direction.

Abstract: 본 발명은 다수의 절연성 세라믹 후막이 적층되어 일체로 형성된 적층 기판으로 구성되며, 상기 적층 기판을 구성하는 세라믹 후막들 중 적어도 하나 이상의 세라믹 후막은 적어도 일면에 후막 재료인 세라믹 물질보다 열전도율이 높은 물질로 열 이동 경로가 인쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 기판 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의한 세라믹 기판은 기판 내에 발생한 열을 효과적으로 제거하는데 있어서, 원하는 방향으로 대부분의 열을 신속하게 제거함으로써 열에 취약한 기판 주위의 부분으로 열이 전달되는 것을 억제할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
