Abstract: In the present invention, provided is a novel Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN strain for decomposing lignin, wherein the accession number thereof is KCTC 12464BP. In the present invention, the Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN strain is cultured under a particular condition, thereby decomposing lignin or lignin from wood-based biomass in a more efficient manner. Therefore, the Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN strain is used to produce various compounds and derivatives like lignin derivatives, cellulose and hemicellulose from wood-based biomass and produce biofuel from the same.

Abstract translation: 在本发明中，提供了一种用于分解木质素的新型阿斯匹克氏菌（Asiccacaulis silvisoli）CGM1-3EN菌株，其登录号为KCTC 12464BP。 在本发明中，将Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN菌株在特定条件下培养，从而以更有效的方式从木质生物质中分解木质素或木质素。 因此，Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN菌株用于从木质生物质生产各种化合物和衍生物，如木质素衍生物，纤维素和半纤维素，并从其生产生物燃料。
