In the present invention, the Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN strain is cultured under a particular condition, thereby decomposing lignin or lignin from wood-based biomass in a more efficient manner. Therefore, the Asticcacaulis silvisoli CGM1-3EN strain is used to produce various compounds and derivatives like lignin derivatives, cellulose and hemicellulose from wood-based biomass and produce biofuel from the same.
