Abstract:
본 발명은 동맥색전술에 이용가능한 에멀젼으로 조성가능한 파클리탁셀 혼합 조성물, 그의 유중수형 (water-in-oil (w/o)) 에멀젼 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 에멀젼 제형은 수용성 및 지용성 약제를 추가로 포함할 수 있으므로 항암제 복합제등 복합제형을 용이하게 제조할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is an improved solid phase microextraction(SPME) fiber performing an extraction, concentration, and derivatization simultaneously thereon. A method for analyzing an alkylphenol and a bisphenol-A in a water sample by using the SPME fiber is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The SPME fiber is produced by soaking a SPME fiber in a mixture, comprising bis(trimethyl silyl)trifluoro acetamide(BSTFA) and trimethyl chloro silane(TMCS) in the weight ratio of 100:1, for 30min to 2hrs to absorb the BSTFA into the SPME fiber. And the method for analyzing the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A comprises the steps of: bring the SPME fiber into contact with the water sample to absorb the alkylphenol and the bisphenol-A into the fiber; separating the fiber and then analyzing by using a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer(GC/MS).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A process of preparing a paclitaxel oily composition for chemoembolization by adding paclitaxel to an oily contrast medium and then agitating is provided. The composition is easy to manufacture and sterilize and more physiochemically stable than conventional adriamycin/lipiodol preparation. CONSTITUTION: The paclitaxel oily composition is prepared by mixing 0.0001 to 10mg paclitaxel with 1ml oily contrast medium under sterilization conditions, agitating at room temperature and then sterilized by gamma ray. The oily contrast medium is iodized oil having an iodine content of 30 to 50% selected from iodized poppy seed oil, ethiodol and iodized soybean oil. The composition optionally contains 0.1 to 1ml animal oil such as squalane, vegetable oil such as soybean oil or a mixture thereof, based on 1ml oily contrast medium.

게 껍질 분말로 이루어진 유독한 휘발성 유기 화합물 농축용 흡착제 및 그의 제조방법. 본 발명의 게 껍질 흡착제는 특히 대기 중 휘발성 유기 화합물의 기체 크로마토그래피 분석에 앞서 이들 유기 화합물을 농축시키는데 특히 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 흡착제는 자연 중에 산재해 있는 게 껍질을 원료로 함에 따라 제조 비용이 극히 저렴하면서도 검출한계 및 다양한 유기화합물 분석에의 활용도 측면에서도 기존의 흡착제에 비해 손색이 없고 사용방법도 간편하여 산업적으로 매우 유용하다.

PURPOSE: A paclitaxel mixed composition, its water-in-oil type emulsion formulation for chemoembolization and a preparation method thereof are provided, thereby improving stability of the emulsion formulation, and applying the paclitaxel to artery chemoembolization. CONSTITUTION: The paclitaxel mixed composition comprises 50 to 98.9%(v/v) of oily contrast media containing 0.01 to 1%(w/v) of paclitaxel, and 0.1 to 50%(v/v) of water-soluble contrast media. The water-in-oil type emulsion formulation for chemoembolization comprises 50 to 98.9%(v/v) of oily contrast media, 0.1 to 50%(v/v) of water-soluble contrast media, and 0.01 to 1%(w/v) of paclitaxel, wherein the oily contrast media are iodized oil containing 30 to 50% of iodine content selected from iodized poppy seed oil, ethiodol and iodized soybean oil; the water-soluble contrast media are selected from Metrizamide, Diatrizoate, Ioxaglate, Iopentol, Iopamidol, Iomeprol, Iotrolan, Iohexol, Ioversol, Ioxilan, Iopromide, Iodixanol or Iobitridol.

PURPOSE: A solvent is provided to efficiently concentrate the volatile organic compound at a moderate cost without using a liquid nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of solvent compounded by crab shell powder of 60-80 mesh fineness for the volatile organic compound concentration comprises the steps of: removing all contents of a crab completely; washing; drying at 100-120°C; and milling to be 60-80 mesh fineness.
