Abstract: An anticancer drug which is useful in a cancer cell which has multidrug resistance is provided to have excellent apoptosis effect of cancer cell. A composition for suppressing multidrug resistance on a anticancer drug comprises 3-(2-benzoxazolyl)-7-(diethylamino)coumarin compound of the chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The compound have improved cell apoptosis inducing effect. An anticancer adjuvant comprises the 3-(2-benzoxazolyl)-7-(diethylamino)coumarin compound of the chemical formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

Abstract: 본 발명은 다중약물내성 암세포에 유용한 항암제에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 상기 3-(2-벤족사졸릴)-7-(디에틸아미노)쿠마린[3-(2-Benzoxazolyl)- 7-(diethylamino)Coumarin]을 유효성분으로 함유하는 기존 항암제에 대해 다중약물내성을 나타내는 암세포에 대한 우수한 사멸효과를 제공하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 항암제에 내성을 나타내는 다중약물내성(Multidrug resistance, MDR) 세포에서 보이는 항암제내성을 극복할 수 있어서 정상암세포는 물론 MDR을 나타내는 세포에서도 항암효과가 있으므로, 약학적으로 유용한 항암제로 사용될 수 있다.
