Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biodegradable and thermosensitive poly(phosphazene)-superparamagnetic nano-particle complex is provided to have sol-gel behavior, the temperature sensibility of sol-gel behavior according to temperature change, and to improve functionality and bio-compatibility according to the purpose of a bio material. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable and thermosensitive poly(phosphazene)-superparamagnetic nano-particle complex comprises: a polymer which has sol-gel behavior according to temperature change; and superparamagnetic ferrite nanoparticles having a structure of chemical formula 2a: Fe^(3+,T)(Fe^(2+),Fe^(3+))^0 O_4^(2-) or chemical formula 2b: Fe^(3+,T)(Me^(2+), Fe^(3+))^0 O_4^2. In the chemical formulas, Me is a transition metal selected from the group consisting of Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu or Zn. T is tetrahedral site, I is octahedral site, δ is 0-1, as conversion ratio.
