Abstract: PURPOSE: A polypeptide with stem cell recruiting activity is provided to enable effective angiogenesis and tissue regeneration, thereby being used as a therapeutic agent for treating vasoocclusion-related diseases, especially ischemic diseases. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide with stem cell recruiting activity contains self-assembly peptides with an amino acid sequence of general formula 1 ((alpha beta)_n) and substance P which are conjugated. Substance P has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. A spacer with 2-10 repetitive sequences including glycine (G) or glutamic acid (E) is conjugated at N-terminal of the amino acid sequence of sequence number 2.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有干细胞募集活性的多肽，以实现有效的血管生成和组织再生，从而用作治疗血管闭塞相关疾病，特别是缺血性疾病的治疗剂。 构成：具有干细胞募集活性的多肽含有具有通式1（（αβ）_n）的氨基酸序列和缀合的物质P的自组装肽。 物质P具有序列号2的氨基酸序列。在序列号2的氨基酸序列的N末端缀合具有2-10个重复序列（包括甘氨酸（G）或谷氨酸（E））的间隔物。

Abstract: 본 발명은 친수성 아미노산과 소수성 아미노산이 순차적으로 결합된 자가조립 펩타이드와 물질 P(Substance P)가 결합된 줄기세포 동원(recruiting) 활성을 가지는 폴리펩타이드에 관한 것으로, 소재 자체에 면역반응이 없고, 생체 복원 후 무해하게 분해되는 소재로서 물질 P로 인하여 줄기세포 동원 활성을 나타냄으로써, 비침습적인 방법으로 원하는 생체 조직이나 부위에 줄기세포가 생체이동하여 줄기세포에 의한 치료효과를 달성할 수 있도록 한다. 본 발명의 줄기세포 동원(recruiting) 활성을 가지는 폴리펩타이드는 특히 신생혈관 형성 및 조직 재생에 효과적으로 작용하므로 혈관 폐색으로 나타나는 질환, 특히 하지허혈증, 심근경색, 근경색, 뇌혈관질화, 말초혈관성 질환등의 허혈성 질환 치료제로 활용될 수 있다.
