    Abstract: A conducting polymer nano structure photovoltaic device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the loss of an absorbed light by obtaining a high density P type polymer nano structure using a block copolymer nano template. A nano template with nano porosities is formed on a transparent substrate by using a block copolymer. A P type polymer nano structure is formed on the nano template. The nano template is removed from the resultant structure by using an organic solvent. An N type organic material is coated on the P type polymer nano structure. A metal electrode layer is deposited on the N type organic material.
