    Abstract: An anode for a molten carbonate fuel cell obtained by adding an electrolyte to nickel-aluminum alloy powder is provided to increase the amount of an electrolyte infiltrated into an anode with an electrolyte, thereby maintaining stable fuel cell quality. An anode for a molten carbonate fuel cell is obtained by adding an electrolyte to nickel-aluminum alloy powder, and is mounted directly to a fuel cell without heat treatment, followed by in-situ sintering during pretreatment of the fuel cell. The nickel-aluminum alloy comprises aluminum in an amount of 1-5 wt% based on the total weight of the alloy. The electrolyte is present in an amount of 1-60 wt% based on the total weight of the anode.
