    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a monoclonal antibody against capsid protein p24 of HIV which recognizes the specific sequence of HIV-1 p24. and is thus used for the diagnosis of immunodeficiency diseases. Also, the fusion cell line producing the monoclonal antibody and its manufacturing method are provided. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the 202-221 amino acid sequence of HIV-1 p24 represented as sequence No. 1 and having high antigenicity. The fusion cell line K-21(KCTC 0385 BP) producing the monoclonal antibody is prepared by the steps of: immunizing a mouse with MAP-7, multibranched antigen peptide, containing 202-221 amino acid; fusing mouse spleen cell with myeloma cell; and selecting fusion cell line that produces the monoclonal antibody.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody against surface protein P41 of HIV-1 is provided which specifically recognizes surface protein gp41 of HIV-1. Therefore, it is used for developing diagnosis kit article of HIV-1 antigen and antibody so at to diagnose HIV-1 infection. CONSTITUTION: The monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes surface protein gp41 of HIV-1 in particular 584-618 amino acid sequence. The fusion cell line Kl 41(KCTC 0332 BP) is produced by: immunizing mouse with multiple antigenic peptide (MAP-1); fusing a spleen cell from immunized mouse with myeloma cell; and selecting monoclonal antibody producing fusion cell line.
