Abstract: PURPOSE: An application providing method is provided to enable a developed application to variously use various operating system. CONSTITUTION: A developer terminal(10) develops an application and uploads the developed application. A COD server uploads developed application by a member and to confirm an application about the selection of a user terminal. The user terminal registers the use of a device and connects an application to a COD server. The developed application is uploaded to the COD server by using a developer terminal.
