Abstract: 본 발명은 오일 산화 측정대상 기계에 탑재가능하고, 오일의 산화에 따른 형광빛 방출 비율의 변화를 측정하여 오일 산화도를 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있도록 하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 오일 산화도 실시간 모니터링방법은 자외선을 오일에 비추는 단계; 오일로부터 방출되는 적색, 녹색, 청색의 파장 영역의 형광빛 강도를 측정하는 단계; 측정된 적색, 녹색, 청색의 파장 영역의 형광빛 강도 중에서 470~550㎚의 녹색 파장 영역에서 측정된 값과 430~470㎚의 청색 파장 영역에서 측정된 값을 결정하는 단계; 청색 파장 영역에서의 측정값에 대한 녹색 파장 영역에서의 측정값의 비율로서 형광빛 방출 비율을 산출하는 단계; 그리고 오일의 사용시간 경과에 따른 형광빛 방출 비율의 변화를 모니터링하는 단계를 포함한다.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for monitoring oil oxidation in real-time by measuring fluorescence is provided to measure the oil oxidation in real-time by being loaded on the target machine to be measured. A method for monitoring oil oxidation in real-time by measuring fluorescence includes the steps of irradiating ultraviolet rays on oil, measuring the intensity of fluorescent light of wavelength area of red, green, and blue discharged from the oil, deciding the value measured in the relatively long wavelength area and the value measures in the short wavelength area among the measured intensity of fluorescent light of wavelength area of red, green, and blue, outputting the ratio of discharged fluorescent light as a ratio of the measured value of the long wavelength area to the measured value of the short wavelength, and monitoring the change of the ratio according to the time of using the oil.
