Abstract: 본 발명은 연잎 분말을 메틸셀룰로오스아세테이트를 이용하여 1차 나노코팅하는 공정과, 상기 1차 나노코팅된 연잎 분말을 파라핀 왁스를 이용하여 2차 나노코팅하는 공정에 의하여 제조되는 고강도 방수성 연잎 분말에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 친환경적인 고강도 방수성 연잎 분말을 제공하는 것이 가능하며, 이러한 연잎 분말은 섬유, 종이, 건축 소재에 방수성 첨가제로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Abstract: An Acorus gramineus SOLAND.(Sweet flag) composition by using activated Nuruk solution and a preparation method thereof are provided to remove toxic materials from the natural plant, and increase medical function of the natural plant through the treatment with activated Nuruk solution. The Acorus gramineus SOLAND.(Sweet flag) composition containing reduced asarone content is prepared by mixing Nuruk with a mixture of fruits and grains, sugars and water, maturing and fermenting the mixture, filtering the firstly fermented solution with a sieve, mixing the filtered fermented solution with grains, sugars and water, maturing and fermenting the mixture to obtain secondly fermented solution, filtering the secondly fermented solution with a sieve, mixing the filtered fermented solution with grains, sugars and water, maturing and fermenting the mixture, filtering the thirdly fermented solution with a sieve to obtain the activated Nuruk solution, mixing the dried Acorus gramineus SOLAND.(Sweet flag) with the activated Nuruk solution, and fermenting the mixture under natural condition.
