Abstract: PURPOSE: A conductive thin film forming method is provided to manufacture a conductive thin film in a short sintering time in a room temperature and atmosphere condition. CONSTITUTION: Nickel nano ink is prepared. The nickel nano ink includes nickel nano particles, a solvent and a high molecule dispersant. A nickel pattern(101) is formed on a substrate by using the nickel nano ink. The nickel pattern is sintered by an optical sintering device(104).
