    Abstract: PURPOSE: A shaft cooling device is provided to cool a rotary shaft by using a cooling fan connected to the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(2) includes a first shaft(21a) and a second shaft(21b). The rotary shaft is combined with a rotator(5) by using a fixing unit(3). A first cooling path is formed between the first shaft and the second shaft. A second cooling path is connected to the first cooling path. The second cooling path includes an inlet(6) and an outlet(7). A cooling fan(1) includes a plurality of rotary vanes. The plurality of the rotary vanes is combined inside the rotary shaft.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A diaphragm coupling is provided to control heat transmission through a coupling by increasing turbulence around a diaphragm and supplying cooling flow into a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm coupling comprises a coupling shaft(20), a first connector(30), a second connector(40), and a guide unit(38). The coupling shaft is arranged in between a first shaft(10) and a second shaft(12) for connecting the first and second shafts. The first connector is joined to one end of the coupling shaft for being connected to the first shaft and comprises a cooling hole(36). The second connector is joined to the other end of the coupling shaft for being connected to the second shaft and comprises a cooling hole.
