angustifolium ) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 물, 알코올 또는 이들의 혼합물을 용매로 하여 추출되는 블루밍샐리 추출물은 전사인자인 에이피-1(AP-1)을 억제하고, 피부 기질의 분해효소인 타입 I 콜라게나제를 억제하고, 피부의 주 구성 성분인 콜라겐의 생성을 증가 및 콜라겐의 분해를 억제함으로써 주름 개선 및 탄력 개선의 효과가 있으므로 피부 노화 방지 및 개선용 약학적 조성물, 건강식품, 피부외용제 또는 화장품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Abstract: A composition containing Pentaphylloides fruticosa extracts with anti-wrinkle and antioxidant activities is provided to show wrinkle and elasticity improvement by the Pentaphylloides fruticosa extracts having effects of inhibiting type I collagenase and AP-1 and increasing generation of collagen while suppressing decomposition of the collagen. A composition comprises Pentaphylloides fruticosa extracts obtained by adding water and alcohol or a mixed solvent thereof. The Pentaphylloides fruticosa has capability of eliminating radicals. The alcohol represents C1-C4 low alcohol such as ethanol and methanol. The composition containing Pentaphylloides fruticosa extracts is used for treating diseases caused by a large amount of accumulated active oxygen. The diseases caused by a large amount of accumulated active oxygen are liver disease, stroke, myocardial infarction, diabetic blood vessel disorder, hyperlipidemia, acute inflammation, rheumatic or cancer. The composition has a formulation of external skin application.
