Abstract: 본발명은이온성고분자금속복합물엑추에이터를이용한촉각제시소자에관한것으로, 기판, 상기기판상에공간부를형성하는격벽부, 일단이상기기판상의공간부내에배치되는엑츄에이터, 상기엑츄에이터의일단상에배치되는핀, 상기격벽부상에접촉배치되어상기공간부를밀폐시키는박막층및 상기밀폐된공간부내에수용된전해질용액을포함하는촉각제시소자를제공한다. 본발명의촉각제시소자는두꺼운엑추에이터를이용함으로써구동력이향상되고, 소자및 어레이의내부에전해질용액을수용함으로써엑추에이터주변환경을습윤한상태로유지할수 있는효과가있는바, 저전압에서도보다효율적으로촉각정보를제시할수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a tactile sensation providing device using an ionic high molecule metal compound actuator comprising a substrate; a barrier rib part forming a space part on the substrate; an actuator having one end arranged in the space part on the substrate; a pin arranged on one end of the actuator; a thin film layer shielding the space part by being closely arranged on the barrier rib part; and an electrolyte solution accommodated in the shield space part. The tactile sensation providing device can provide tactile information more efficiently at low voltage with improved driving power using a thick actuator and by maintaining the surrounding environment of the actuator in a humid environment through accommodating the electrolyte solution in the device and an array.
