Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface plasmon resonance sensor and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and be managed on a basis of a roll since a flexible organic film is used as the support substrate of a surface plasmon excitation layer. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a surface plasmon resonance sensor is as follows. A dielectric block(10) and a flexible organic film(50), on which an optically-transparent adhesive layer is coated, are prepared. The optically-transparent adhesive layer(52) is formed on the dielectric block. A surface plasmon excitation layer(40) is formed on a release agent layer. The adhesive layer is coupled to the dielectric block. A sensing layer is formed on the surface plasmon excitation layer. The release agent layer and the organic film are removed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A solar cell and a surface unevenness forming method thereof are provided to maintain a haze ratio to be proper by removing an unevenness forming process and converting a metal layer into a chemical compound. CONSTITUTION: A configuration layer(201) is formed on a substrate. The configuration layer is a thin film layer comprising the substrate of a solar cell or a thin film layer comprising the solar cell. A metal layer is laminated on the configuration layer. The metal layer, which has an uneven structure, is formed by executing a thermal processing on the metal layer. The unevenly structured metal layer is converted into a metal compound(203) which includes one among oxide, nitride, fluoride, and sulfide.
