Abstract: 본 명세서에 개시된 실시예에 따른 통신 수행 장치는, 복수의 단말기들과 통신을 수행하는 장치로서, 상기 복수의 단말기들의 하향 지연시간을 측정하는 지연 측정 모듈; 상기 복수의 단말기들을 하향 지연시간을 기준으로 역순으로 정렬하는 제1 정렬을 수행하고, 상기 제1 정렬 순서에 따라 상기 각 단말기의 전송 간격을 결정하는 정렬 모듈; 및 상기 각 단말기에게 상기 제1 정렬 순서에 따라 데이터를 전송하는 전송 레귤레이터 모듈을 포함하되, 상기 전송 레귤레이터 모듈은 제1 단말기로 상기 데이터를 전송하고, 상기 제1 단말기의 전송 간격만큼 대기한 후 상기 제1 정렬 순서상 상기 제1 단말기의 후순위에 있는 제2 단말기로 상기 데이터를 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for communicating with multiple terminals are provided to provide contents to terminal users at around the same time by reducing a receiving time difference of the contents between terminals having different network environments. CONSTITUTION: A media service system comprises a server(10) and a plurality of terminals(30,40,50) connected to the server through a network(20). The server comprises a service module(12) providing service data transmitted to the plurality of terminals, a delay measurement module(14), a sorting module(15), a transmission regulator(16), and a reception regulator(18). The network corresponds to a communication system connecting the server and the plurality of terminals. The terminal includes a client module(32) and a delay measurement module(34). The service module provides transmitted service data to the terminals.
