Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode catalyst with an organic compound or molecules adsorbed, a fuel cell including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. Using electrostatic potential of adsorbed molecules according to embodiments of the present invention results in a d-band electronic structure of catalyst metal like alloy catalyst without a tough alloying process.
