Abstract: PURPOSE: A device of displaying a 3-dimensional image for multilateral watching using polarization and a light strip is provided to selectively illuminate a pixel line corresponding to an image display element, to display a multi-point image, so that many people simultaneously watches the image. CONSTITUTION: Two light sources(18, 19) are in parallel to horizontal directions of an image display element(25). Lights from the light sources(18, 19) pass through polarization plates(20, 21), diffusers(22, 23), and a polarization filter(24), to display images according to each pixel line in turns to illuminate the image display element(25). The polarization plates(20, 21) in front of the two light sources(18, 19) have different polarization directions by 90 degrees. The lights from the light sources(18, 19) are polarized with different polarization directions by 90 degrees after passing through the polarization plates(20, 21).

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multiview 3D image display device which decreases the size of system and has a high resolution of images, and which can thus improve the quality of images.The image display system comprises an image display element for alternately displaying respective images corresponding to the respective left and right eyes of one person on the column pixel lines thereon; two illuminating means disposed at the rear of the image display element for providing respective polarized lights onto the image display element, the respective polarized lights having polarizing directions different from each other by 90 degrees; and a polarizing filter disposed between the image display element and the illuminating means for separating the polarized lights from the illuminating means into respective polarized lights corresponding to the respective column pixel lines of the image display element, the respective polarized lights being illuminated onto the respective column pixel lines through the polarizing filter; wherein viewing zones corresponding to the left and right eyes are formed at the front of the image display element by the polarized lights having the different polarizing directions.

Abstract: 본 발명은 반사형 홀로그래픽 광학 소자의 최대 회절 효율을 주는 파장, 각 및 분광 선택도, 격자 벡터의 방향 등에 관한 정보를 실시간 인-라인(in-line)으로 동시에 육안으로 측정할 수 있는 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 피측정 홀로그래픽 광학 소자의 Bragg 조건을 만족하는 입사각보다 큰 각도의 퍼짐각을 가지는 발산 또는 확산빔을 이용하여, 입사빔의 회절에 의한 반사로 피측정 홀로그래픽 광학 소자를 투과한 빔의 강도 분포에 생기는 어두운 링 패턴의 특성을 영상 처리에 의해 분석함으로서 홀로그래픽 광학 소자의 특성을 측정하기 위한 것이며, 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 다파장 발진 레이저 광원, 확산판, 광각 대물렌즈 및 컴퓨터 등으로 구성되어 있다.
