Abstract: PURPOSE: A surface structure in which a polyamine and a substrate are chemically combined, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the surface structure which implements an excellent carbon dioxide adsorption quantity and high operation effect in the separation process; and capable of being reused. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a surface structure comprises the following steps. A step of combining a substrate in which a silane compound which includes a carbon double bond which is represented as the chemical formula 1 is chemically combined on the surface of the substrate which includes silicon; a step of forming a polyamine in which the polyamine which is represented as the chemical formula 3 forms the substrate which is chemically combined according to a reaction between silane compound which is represented as the chemical formula 1 in which the surface and one end of the substrate are chemically combined; and primary amine which is represented as the chemical formula 2. a, b, c and n are the whole number of 0-5 in the chemical formula 1. m is the whole number of 0-5 in the chemical formula 2.
