Abstract: PURPOSE: A pyrazolopyrimidine compound having ligand activation of serotonin 5-HT2C-receptor is provided to treat and prevent central nervous system diseases. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating serotonin 5-HT2C-related central nervous disease contains a pyrazolopyrimidine compound of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The nervous diseases are caused by obesity, depression, anxiety or drug abuse. The dosage of the compound of chemical formula 1 is 0.01-5,000 mg a day.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有5-羟色胺5-HT 2C受体配体活化的吡唑并嘧啶化合物，用于治疗和预防中枢神经系统疾病。 构成：用于预防或治疗5-羟色胺5-HT2C相关中枢神经疾病的药物组合物含有化学式1的吡唑并嘧啶化合物或其药学上可接受的盐作为活性成分。 神经疾病是由肥胖，抑郁，焦虑或药物滥用引起的。 化学式1的化合物的剂量每天为0.01-5,000mg。
