Abstract: The film is obtained by (1) compounding 100 wt.pts. of polyolefin resin, 0.2-0.5 wt.pts. of cationic surfactant selected from the group composed of trimethyl ammonium epoxide, trimethyl ammonium butoxide, trimethyl ammonium phenoxide, trimethyl ammonium p-chloro phenoxide or trimethyl ammonium lauroxide and 0.2-0.5 wt.pts. of anionic surfactant such as (3-lauramidopropyl) trimethyl ammonium methylsulfate, and (2) moulding the compound obtained in (1) using inflation or extrusion drawing. The polyolefin is polyethylene (LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE) or polypropylene. The film has a high and durable antistatic property, and is useful for packaging material of electronic parts.

Abstract: The conducting polymer film is produced by depositing the target onto the surface of polyethylene terephthalate or nylon-6 using a low temperature sputtering method at 25 deg.C at 15 x 10-2 Torr. The target comprises 100 wt. pts. of indium oxide, 5-50 wt. pts. of tin oxide and 0.1-0.3 wt. pts. of silver. The film has an excellent transparency and electric resistance, and is useful for packaging material of semiconductor, window material of clean room or antistatics for braun tube.
