Abstract: 본발명은전도성투명전극표면에자기조립박막을형성하는방법에관한것으로, 하기화학식 1로나타내어지는유기화합물을이용하여전도성투명산화물표면에우수한물성을가진자기조립박막을균일하게형성할수 있다: 상기식에서, X는 NH, NRH, NR, SH, COOH, OH 또는 PH이고, R은 C-Z(여기에서 m은 0 내지 200이며, Z는 X와같다)이며, Y는 NH, NRH, NR, SH, COOH, CH, OH 또는 PH이고, R은 C-W(여기에서 m은 0 내지 200이며, W는 Y와같다)이며, n은 2 내지 200이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for forming a self-assembled monolayer film on the surface of a conductive transparent electrode is provided which effectively reforms the surface of the transparent oxide by evenly forming the surface self-assembled monolayer film having excellent physical properties such as adhesion on the surface of the conductive transparent oxide. CONSTITUTION: To form a self-assembled monolayer film on the surface of a conductive transparent oxide electrode, the surface of the conductive transparent oxide is treated with an organic compound represented by the following chemical formula (1): X-Cn-Y. In the formula (1), X is NH2, NRH, NR2, SH, COOH, OH or PH2, where R is Cm-Z(m is an integer of 0-200 and Z is the same as X), Y is NH2, NRH, NR2, SH, COOH, CH3, OH or PH2, where R is Cm-W(m is an integer of 0-200 and W is the same as Y), and n is an integer of 2-200.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种在导电透明电极的表面上形成自组装单层膜的方法,其通过均匀地形成具有优异物理性质的表面自组装单层膜,从而有效地改性了透明氧化物的表面, 导电透明氧化物的表面。 构成:为了在导电性透明氧化物电极的表面上形成自组装单层膜,导电性透明氧化物的表面用下述化学式(1)表示的有机化合物处理:X-Cn-Y。 在式(1)中,X是NH 2,NRH,NR 2,SH,COOH,OH或PH 2,其中R是Cm-Z(m是0-200的整数,Z与X相同),Y是NH 2 ,NRH,NR2,SH,COOH,CH3,OH或PH2,其中R是Cm-W(m是0-200的整数,W与Y相同),n是2-200的整数。
