Abstract: PURPOSE: A tetrode for measuring a bio-signal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be flexible, thereby not to be broken even when an organism lively moves and precisely applying an electrical stimulus, a determined drug, and light to a nerve cell. CONSTITUTION: A tetrode(100) for measuring a bio-signal comprises four electrodes(110) and an insulation layer(120). The electrodes extend in an organism insertion direction and are arranged so as to be separate from each other. The insulating layer insulates electrodes. The one end face of the electrodes is exposed in order to measure the bio-signal. The cross-sectional shape of the electrodes is a square or a circle. The electrodes include four electrodes, and four electrodes are arranged in a rectangular form.
