Abstract: A method cultivating bean sprouts and green-bean sprouts with use of a germicide harmless to human comprises: (a) mixing cinnamic amide (CA) and benzyl adenine (BA) (mixing ratio of CA:BA is 6-11:4- 11); (b) soaking 1 kg bean (I) or green-bean (II); (c) putting the soaked (I) or (II) in the water contg. 10-22 mg obtd. mixt.; and (d) cultivating it to obtain the final product. The growth of bean sprouts or green-bean sprouts remarkably improved.

Abstract translation: 使用对人体无害的杀菌剂培育豆芽和绿豆芽的方法包括：（a）将肉桂酰胺（CA）和苄基腺嘌呤（BA）混合（CA：BA的混合比为6-11：4-11 ）; （b）浸泡1公斤豆（I）或青豆（II）; （c）将浸泡的（I）或（II）置于水中 10-22 mg obtd。 mixt; 和（d）培养以获得最终产品。 豆芽或绿豆芽的生长显着提高。
