Abstract: 본발명은바이오-이미지용나노입자에관한것으로서, 본발명의바이오-이미지용나노입자는, 중심나노입자; 유기리간드, 계면활성제및 지방산에스테르의폴리옥시알키렌유도체를포함하고, 상기중심나노입자를감싸는결합층; 및기능성분자를포함하고, 상기유기리간드는상기중심나노입자의표면에결합되어있고, 상기계면활성제는상기중심나노입자의표면중 상기유기리간드가결합되지않은부분에결합되어있으며, 상기지방산에스테르의폴리옥시알키렌유도체는상기결합층중 유기리간드및 상기계면활성제외의빈 공간을채우는것이고, 상기기능성분자는상기유기리간드의양 말단중 상기중심나노입자의쉘과결합된제1 말단의반대편제2 말단에결합되어있는것이고, 본발명의바이오-이미지용나노입자의제조방법은, (a) 그외면이계면활성제로코팅된중심나노입자를제조하는단계; (b) 상기계면활성제의일부를유기리간드로치환하여상기유기리간드가상기중심나노입자의표면에결합하도록하는단계; (c) 상기유기리간드의양 말단중 상기중심나노입자의표면에결합한제1 말단의반대편제2 말단에기능성분자를결합시키는단계; 및 (d) 상기유기리간드및 계면활성제사이에지방산에스테르의폴리옥시알키렌유도체를삽입하는단계를포함하는것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bio-imaging nanoparticle is provided to ensure excellent water solubility, target selectivity, and bio affinity and to early diagnose diseases. CONSTITUTION: A bio-imaging nanoparticle contains: a core nanoparticle; a binding layer which contains organic ligand(20), surfactant(14) and a polyoxyalkylene derivative(16) of fatty acid ester and covers the core nanoparticle; and a functional molecule(18). The organic ligand is conjugated on the surface of the core nanoparticle. The surfactant is conjugated on a part of the surface, in which organic ligand is not conjugated. The core nanoparticle contains a core(10) and a shell(12). The functional molecule is a bio affinity molecule, target-oriented molecule, or a conjugate or mixture thereof.
