Abstract: 본발명은졸겔법(sol-gel process)을이용하여금속산화물박막이형성된구조체를제조하는방법및 이러한방법을이용하여제조된금속산화물박막구조체를포함하는고체산화물연료전지(solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC)에관한것으로, 본발명의방법에의해제조된금속산화물박막은가스를투과하지않는치밀한구조로서, 균열(crack)이나핀-홀(pinhole)이없고, 얇은두께로인해전기저항을줄일수 있으며, 저온공정을통해서도상안정성을가짐에따라연료전지의전해질또는산소센서로활용될수 있을뿐만아니라나아가차열코팅, 광학재료, 고온초전도성의얇은버퍼(buffer)층, 전자소자분야에서의절연막등으로의적용이확대될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal oxide thin film structure using a metal oxide sol is provided to facilitate the control of a fine structure without expensive equipment or starting materials, and to obtain a stable phase through a low-temperature process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a metal oxide sol comprises (i) preparing a solution containing metal oxide, the metal oxide is selected from the group consisting of ziroconium oxide, cerium oxide, lanthanum gallate, barium cerate, barium zirconate, bismuth oxide, and their doping phase; and (ii) dispersing the same or heterogeneous nanopowder of metal oxide in the metal oxide solution.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种使用金属氧化物溶胶制造金属氧化物薄膜结构的方法，以便在没有昂贵的设备或起始材料的情况下控制精细结构，并通过低温工艺获得稳定的相。 构成：制备金属氧化物溶胶的方法包括：（i）制备含有金属氧化物的溶液，所述金属氧化物选自氧化锆，氧化铈，没食子酸镓，钡酸钡，锆酸钡，氧化铋和 他们的兴奋阶段 和（ii）将金属氧化物的相同或不均匀的纳米粉末分散在金属氧化物溶液中。
