Abstract: The adhesive composition is composed of synthetic latex, 10-20wt% aqueous ammonia, and 0.1-1wt% block copolymer of polyethylene oxide and polypropylene oxide as thickener with respect to the total solid portion. The synthetic latex is prepared by emulsion copolymerizing one or more acrylic monomers of formula CH2=CH-COOR1 and 4-9wt% methacrylic acid (or acrylic acid) with respect to total monomers. In the formula, R1 is ethyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, sec-butyl, isobutyl, heptyl, 2-heptyl, 2-ethylhexyl, 2-ethylbutyl, or 2-ethoxyethyl. The acrylic monomer is preferably n-butyl acrylate.

Abstract translation: 粘合剂组合物由相对于总固体部分的合成胶乳，10-20重量％氨水和0.1-1重量％的聚环氧乙烷和聚环氧丙烷作为增稠剂的嵌段共聚物组成。 通过将一种或多种式CH 2 = CH-COOR 1的丙烯酸单体和4-9wt％的甲基丙烯酸（或丙烯酸）相对于全部单体共聚来制备合成胶乳。 式中R 1是乙基，异丙基，正丁基，仲丁基，异丁基，庚基，2-庚基，2-乙基己基，2-乙基丁基或2-乙氧基乙基。 丙烯酸类单体优选为丙烯酸正丁酯。
