    Abstract: PURPOSE: A solid oxide fuel cell structure is provided to make a starting material or a high cost device unnecessary, to restrain defects on a tensile strength and interface reaction between an electrode and an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell comprises a fuel electrode support, a YSZ thin film electrolyte layer formed on the fuel electrode support, a GDC diffusion barrier layer formed on the YSZ thin film electrolyte; a GDC/LSCF composite layer formed on the GDC diffusion barrier layer, and an LSCF air electrode formed on the GDC/LSCF composite layer. AT least one of the YSZ thin film electrolyte layer, GDC diffusion barrier layer, GDC/LSCF compsite layer, and LSCF air electrode is formed by a spin process.
