Abstract: Described is an apparatus for incinerating waste gas comprising; a plurality of combustion nozzles 20 arranged in periphery of an inner tube for discharging the waste gas into the combustion chamber, an incineration inner tube 30 for shielding the flare smoke, the flame light and the noise being generated during incineration of the waste gas and being discharged from the combustion nozzle 20, said incineration inner tube 30 having a plurality of air inlets 32 at its lower periphery, and an outer tube 40 for introducing the swirl air into the flame generation side for providing the swirl force to the combusted gas which is elevated within the inner tube 30, said outer tube 40 is provided with several air inlet passages 42 tangentially formed in communication with the incineration inner tube 30.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for reducing noise of a waste gas incinerating tower are provided to restraint the pollution and to remarkably reduce the noise by injecting water when incinerating waste gas. CONSTITUTION: A center steam injection nozzle(5) is provided at a center of a head body(1) of an incinerating tower. A ring steam injection nozzle(7) is provided along a circumference of the head body(1). The ring steam injection nozzle(7) is connected to a steam manifold(6). In order to effectively mix injected water, a water injection nozzle(10) is installed along the circumference of the head body(1). The water injection nozzle is preferably installed above the steam injection nozzles. Water is atomized so as to be effectively evaporated, so injected water is collided with a fluid such that water is atomized by utilizing a kinetic energy of the fluid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for increasing an incinerating capacity are provided to increase the incinerating capacity of waste gas and to prevent exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: An increasing device of an incinerating capacity contains many combusting nozzles(20) to discharge waste gas into a combustion chamber; an internal container(30) to isolate exhaust gas, flames and noise; many air inlets under the internal container; an external wall(40) to induce circulating air toward the generating portion of flames; and many air inducing passages(42) formed in the external wall(40). Thereby, the incinerating capacity is increased. Moreover, the generation of smoke by the lack of air is removed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for obtaining a large amount of fuel gas is provided, to reduce the danger due to the fuel explosion by direct spraying and rapid evaporation of liquefied fuel gas. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of spraying a liquefied fuel gas directly at the pressure of atmospheric pressure or reduced pressure and at the temperature between the overheating limit and equilibrium boiling point of the liquefied fuel gas, to evaporate the liquefied fuel gas rapidly without the boiling liquid expansion vapor explosion. The liquefied fuel gas is selected from the group consisting of liquefied methane, liquefied propane, liquefied butane, pentane and hexane. Preferably the liquefied fuel gas is sprayed by its saturated vapor pressure or the control pressure due to another high pressure inert gas; and air or inert gas jet is supplied in cross flow to the liquid drop of the liquefied fuel gas, to collide with the liquid drop.
