    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing an ozone-resistant, water repellent and anticorrosive paint and a coating method of the paint are provided, wherein the paint is applied to the concrete wall of a wastewater disposal plant for improving the lifetime and the stability. CONSTITUTION: The paint comprises a primer, an intermediate coat and a top coat. Preferably the primer is made of a non-solvent polyepoxy resin with a molecular weight of 100-800 per an epoxy group; the intermediate coat is made of a mixture of a non-solvent polyepoxy resin with a molecular weight of 100-800 per an epoxy group and 5-30 wt% of a filler with an average size of 1-5 micrometers; and top coat is made of a one pack-type mixture of a polyvinyl-based resin, 0.5-1.5 vol% of an already-known antiaging agent and 0.5-1.5 vol% of an already-known stabilizer. Preferably the filler is at least one selected from the group consisting of clay, carbon black, alumina, glass bead and glass fiber; and the polyvinyl-based resin is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or a butyl acrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer.
